Delete My Account / Data Request

Relora.ai respects user privacy and gives users a way to request account deletion, data deletion, access to eligible account data, correction of account information, or other privacy-related support. Relora.ai does not currently save user chat history inside accounts.

1. What You Can Request

Depending on your account status and applicable requirements, you may contact Relora.ai to request help with your account or personal data.

Delete My Account

Request deletion or closure of your Relora.ai user account, subject to verification and any required record-keeping.

Delete My Data

Request deletion of eligible personal data associated with your Relora.ai account, where technically and legally possible.

Access My Data

Ask what eligible personal information may be associated with your Relora.ai account.

Correct My Data

Request correction of inaccurate basic account information, such as your name or email address.

2. Before Requesting Account Deletion

Account deletion may affect your access to Relora.ai features, subscription access, preferences, account settings, and message limit records.

Deleting your account may be permanent. After deletion, Relora.ai may not be able to restore your account, preferences, message limits, subscription-related access, or other eligible account information. Relora.ai does not currently provide or save stored chat history inside user accounts.

If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel your subscription first or contact support to avoid future billing, depending on how your payment was created.

3. Information We May Need to Verify Your Request

To protect users, Relora.ai may need to verify that the request is coming from the real account owner before making account or data changes.

  • Your full name
  • Your Relora.ai account email address
  • Your request type
  • Proof of account ownership, if needed
  • Payment reference or receipt, if the request is connected to a paid plan
For your safety, do not send passwords, government ID numbers, bank card numbers, or highly sensitive information unless specifically required through a secure process.

4. What Data May Be Affected

Depending on your account and how Relora.ai is configured, your request may relate to account and service data such as:

  • Account profile details such as name, email, username, and login information
  • Subscription or plan status
  • Daily message limit and usage-related account records
  • Payment-related records handled by payment providers
  • Support messages sent to Relora.ai
  • Website usage, security, or analytics records
  • Preferences such as companion style, mood, language, or interface choices
  • Relora.ai does not currently save user chat history inside accounts
Relora.ai does not currently provide or save stored chat history inside user accounts. If this changes in the future, this page and the Privacy Policy should be updated.
If Relora.ai does not store a certain type of data, there may be nothing to delete for that category.

5. Data We May Need to Keep

In some cases, Relora.ai may need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or compliance reasons.

For example, payment records may be retained by payment providers, and basic logs may be kept for security or abuse prevention. Where possible, retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.

Account deletion does not always delete payment records held by third-party payment providers, bank systems, hosting providers, or security tools where retention is required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal reasons.

7. Processing Time

Relora.ai will review privacy and data requests as reasonably as possible. Processing time may depend on account verification, request complexity, payment provider records, technical limitations, and applicable requirements.

We may contact you for clarification or verification before completing your request.

8. No Chat History Storage Notice

Relora.ai does not currently save user chat history inside accounts. This means users do not currently have a stored chat history dashboard or archive available for account access, export, or deletion.

Your conversation experience may still rely on temporary technical processing needed to generate AI responses, but Relora.ai does not currently offer saved chat history inside user accounts.

9. Important Safety and Support Note

This page is for account, data, and privacy requests only. It is not for emergencies, crisis support, or urgent safety situations.

If you are in immediate danger in the UAE, call 999. Relora.ai is not an emergency service, therapy service, medical provider, or crisis hotline.

10. Updates to This Page

Relora.ai may update this Delete My Account / Data Request page from time to time as our platform, privacy practices, or support process changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
