1. Monthly Subscription Cancellation

Relora.ai may offer monthly subscription plans that provide access to selected features, message limits, or premium AI companion experiences.

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing after the current billing period.
  • You may continue to access your paid plan until the end of your active subscription period, unless otherwise stated.
  • Deleting the app, closing the browser, or not using the service does not automatically cancel your subscription.

2. No Medical, Therapy, or Professional Service Guarantee

Relora.ai is an AI conversation platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, psychiatric care, counselling, legal advice, or emergency support.

Relora cannot guarantee emotional improvement, relationship outcomes, mental health results, or any specific personal outcome from using the service.

Users are responsible for how they use the information and conversations provided by the AI. For medical, mental health, legal, or emergency concerns, users should contact a qualified professional or local emergency service.

3. Refund Rules

Because Relora.ai provides digital access to AI-powered features, refunds are generally limited once a paid plan has been activated or used.

  • Refunds may be considered if you were charged by mistake.
  • Refunds may be considered if there was a duplicate payment.
  • Refunds may be considered if a technical issue prevented access to the paid service and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction with AI responses, unused subscription time, or change of mind after using the service.
  • Relora.ai reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds, if any, will normally be returned through the original payment method used for the subscription.

4. Free Trials, Promotions, and Discounted Plans

If Relora.ai offers a free trial, promotional price, discounted subscription, or limited-time offer, the terms of that specific offer may apply.

  • Promotional fees may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • Trial users may need to cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • Discounted plans may renew at the regular price if clearly stated during purchase.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request will be reviewed based on the circumstances, service usage, technical records, and applicable policies.

7. Account Suspension or Misuse

Relora.ai may limit, suspend, or terminate access if the service is used in a way that violates our Terms & Conditions, AI Disclaimer / Safety Policy, or acceptable use rules.

Refunds may not be provided if an account is suspended or terminated due to misuse, abuse, prohibited content, fraud, or policy violations.
